I think I am going to start using my available journal space be it here or my moleskine and feel that I should do this regularly. I have started to write, type, or otherwise record my thoughts more and more frequently lately and while I can't say I have noticed a difference in the way I feel about life what I can say is that I could eventually begin to see a change.
